A little carnival game. Your family's privacy stays yours.
Tin Can Alley is an offline game for iPhone and iPad, made by Mike Olaya. The app does not collect, transmit, sell or share personal data about you or your child.
Just play
There are no accounts, advertisements, analytics tools, tracking technologies or in-app purchases. The app makes no network requests and includes no third-party SDKs. It does not request access to your camera, microphone, photos, contacts or location.
Settings stay on your device
The only information the app remembers between launches is the grown-ups' settings: how to play (Throw or Tap), the number of balls, and whether sound is on. These preferences are stored locally on your device and are not sent to Mike Olaya or a server.
You can change them at any time in the app's Settings. Deleting the app, rather than offloading it, removes its local settings. Your device's backup and restore features may also preserve or restore app settings under Apple's own policies.
Made for little ones
Tin Can Alley does not ask children to enter any information and does not collect personal information from children or adults. There are no social features, chats or user profiles.
Apple's services
Apple may process information when you download the app, use device backups or choose to share diagnostics with developers. Those services are governed by Apple's privacy policy and your device settings.
This website
This privacy page is separate from the game. It uses no advertising or analytics scripts. Cloudflare hosts the page and may process technical information, such as your IP address and request details, to deliver and secure the website. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

If the app's privacy practices change, this page will be updated and the date above will change.
